Working with community members and stakeholders, Tabernacle CDC is currently creating a Neighborhood Plan. This plan will guide community investment in the future.

The Neighborhood Plan represents a key step toward a reinvested, strong, and connected neighborhood. Over the next few months, Tabernacle CDC will work with other stakeholders to think critically about the needs of residents and imagine a future for the area.

The Plan uses the voices of the people living in the Jeff Vanderlou, O’Fallon, and Fairgrounds neighborhoods to imagine a community where everyone can live, work, and play safely.  The plan is intended to guide growth and development in an organized and equitable manner for the next 10 to 20 years.​

The elements of this plan will be informed, determined, and prioritized by residents and stakeholders living and working in the area.
